Sheryl knew I was a very hands on Bride and helped give me advice when talking to vendors and helped shape my timeline for my wedding. Every time we spoke on the phone (months leading up to the wedding) she gave me piece of mind that my event would be perfect and that I wouldn't need to worry because she was there to help. She attended a final walk through with me at my venue to ensure she had everything covered for my layout and suggested changes to help with the flow of the event. The month before my wedding and leading up to the week before she was in constant communication with my vendors and checking in on small tiny details that I would never have thought about.

We can assist you with theme and décor options to make sure your design concept is cohesive, help manage the budget to make sure your dollars are well-spent, source vendors and even accompany you to meetings, if you desire. The entire event planning process will stay on track and organized to make sure there are no last-minute surprises.

DAY-OF COORDINATION:

For clients who enjoy doing most of the planning themselves, let us step in to serve as a point person, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Take the day off after your countless hours of planning. We will be there before the first vendor arrives and make sure the timeline runs smoothly from set up throughout the event and we help with clean up, too! While you are spending time with friends and family, we will be behind the scenes making sure to tie up any loose ends and let you focus on having a great time.


We typically meet with you 3-6 months prior to the event date where we review all the details and become familiar with your upcoming celebration. As the day of your event gets closer, we follow up with vendors on your behalf, assist with set-up and take-down, and serve as a point person during the event. The last thing you want is for the month before your wedding day to be stressful. We want you to be able to spend your time with those closest to you, enjoying this special time without having to worry about the details.
